This weekly creative session adopts a person-centered approach to dance, using music and props to assist. Working individually, in small groups or as a whole class, participants have the opportunity to explore dance in a safe and friendly environment. The emphasis is on sharing and having fun!

Young 1′z perform at Tramway
Indepen-dance Young 1′z will soon be preparing a new piece of choreography to show the Para Olympic Torch Relay Event which will be hosted in the Hidden Gardens, Tramway on the 26th August 2012.
New Look for Young 1′z!
Further to generous funding from The Teddy Bear Foundation the Young 1′z now have fabulous new t-shirts and hoodies. The group is now preparing to take to the stage as part of the Go Dance Festival at The Theatre Royal in February 2012. There is also an article about the group on The Teddy Bear Foundation website.
