The workshop will share various images, objects and diagrams to stimulate the imagination of our moving bodies.
Working with the metaphors and descriptions of the exercises that is inclusive to the group, we stand equally and work together to understand, share, and yet each of us to continue to work on our own inquiries and studies. We invite our whole body and mind to work co-opratively to awaken and cultivate the physical abilities. Using both improvisation and set materials, we knead our dance. It supports discovering the sensations and motions as well as helping to develop the physical memory. We will dedicate to move ‘healthily’.
The workshop aims to have a sense of developmental journey towards performative state. Through tasks we will explore compositions with other bodies in the space.
